Rotating Overtime List

Hi,

I used a list I found on this forum and on YouTube to start the overtime list I need to create. What I need is if I select an employee out of order it will keep all others I did not chose in order.

Example, I has employee number 5 to stay for overtime but want employee number 1 to be asked for overtime next. So employee 5 will not be on the bottom of the list and employee 1 will remain at the top. Is there a way to do this?
