Formula for automatically updating contract end dates

Hi!

I am trying to create a contract management tool in Excel. Each of my contracts has a start date, an end date and a last notice date (usually 3 months before the end date). This means that each contract needs to be actively terminated 3 months before the end date, otherwise it is automatically renewed for a rollover period of usually 12 months. It could look something like this:

- Contract start date: 2022-01-01
- Contract end date: 2022-12-31
- Notice period: 3 months
- Last notice date: 2022-09-30
- Rollover period: 12 months
- New contract end date: 2023-12-31

If someone can advise me what formula to use in order for the new contract end date to automatically update, I would greatly appreciate it.
