Basic Accounting Journal Entry Help

See attached in my excel worksheet on the right-hand side the intended journal entry I want to create from the set of data. What formula(s) will I need to use to create this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Please be more specific. When you say, "right-hand side", please give a range, like S14:V32 - is this what you mean? In what cells (specifically) are you looking for a formula?
