I need help with creating a string of formulas that calculates an employee's salary for a fiscal year that includes their increase for their anniversary date as well as a COLA increase. I have attached the working document - the salary needs to be spread out across the months and accurately depict the employee's salary for the year and corresponds correctly to when the increases take place. The formula needs to be applied to other employees, so the formula will derive from the anniversary date and pay rate.
