indirect not working need a different function that has the results

I need some help I'm not very familiar with excel and I need some other function to return the same results. It uses the drop down menus to choose the conditions and then indirect to find the values from the spec sheets attached below.

Pictures of worksheets are not much use to us - attach a sample Excel workbook by following the guidelines in the yellow banner at the top of the screen. I think you will need to give us some more information as well, as your first sentence gives no details of which sheet, cell etc. contains the formula that you want to change.
