    To find defect and description using Vlookup

    I have a spreadsheet with about 15K rows of data in it.
    I attempted to use Vlookup to find a defect in a table and display the defect code and description, but it kept returning #NA.
    Need help, please.

    Is there a better way to handle my growing file than Vlookup?
