Multiple IF conditions within the one formula including date driven calculation AND

I'm trying to ask a cell to to determine two things:
1. Is the date range in B and E greater than 12 months; and
2. is the amount in G positive ie > than 0.

If both conditions satisfied then cell should read "YES".

If only one or none of the conditions are satisfied then the cell should read "NO".

E is the later date, B is the earlier date.

Your help and expertise is greatly appreciated.
