CHOOSECOLS and add a blank column

    Hi,
I am trying to use the CHOOSECOLS formual but I want to add a blank column in between 2 populated columns. Anyway to do that?

I tried just putting in nothing in between commas but it didnt work.

    CHOOSECOLS(Table4[#All],1,3,6,7,8,9,,10,2,4,5,8,11,12)

    Thanks!

A couple of ways, for example:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Change the range A2:A8 to refer to your Table.

    Hi to both!

Another option is just putting 13 where you want a blank column:

You do realise, that the blank column, however you insert it, can NEVER contain ANYTHING. If you type into the blank column, you'll get a #SPILL error.

If you want to be able to enter something, there, you'll need TWO CHOOSECOL formulae, with an empty column between them.

Yes, indeed, you are right, I also in search of same solution so I can write in blank column, but unfortunately unable to find any solution and in the end I use choosecols multiple times after leaving blank columns in between.
