    formula to round up decimal conditional

    Hi,
    I am looking for a formula, so plz help me in the same
    condition:

    IF A1 HAS B & last digit is greater than 5 then round in upside
    IF A1 HAS B & last digit is less than 5 then round in downside
    IF A1 HAS S & last digit is GREATER than 5 then round in downside
    IF A1 HAS B & last digit is LESS than 5 then round in upside

    plz see the below sample file
