percentage calculation

In the attached spreadsheet i am trying to calculate the % difference between bid total (column G) and quote total (column L) to calculate in column IAttachment 829593.
At times the bid total will be higher than the quote total, and at times the quote total will be higher than the bid total.
How do i calculate the % between the two, to return either a negative % or a positive % based on the difference between G & L?
Not finding anything through a web search. I believe it is likely a little more complicated.
