Concatenate the first and last Number that are in a sequence in a column

Hi,

I have a list of around 900+ numbers in column A.
I have to concatenate the first and last numbers that are in a sequence and bring the result in column B.
Is there any formula which could auto calculate the sequence and concatenate when the sequence ends?

I have attached a sample workbook with expected result.
It would be a great help if someone could solve it!
