Dynamically referencing

Hello all,

My goal is reference from one sheet to another. Simply referencing one to another is not efficient as the data in sheet2 can change (will be an empty template for use by mutiple people) My question is, is there a way to have formulas already in place in sheet1 that if data is placed in sheet2 the data will be filled in automatically in sheet1. Please note that sheet 2 will be a pivot table. Thank you for your assistance.

Ctrl+T to create table for your data and create PivotTable based on this structured table. When new items are added at the bottom, the structured table will automatically expand.
