Sumifs Formula to sum data based on specific Criteria

I have account numbers in Col B and Values in Col D. I also have account numbers in Col I.

I need a formula to sum the values in Col J where the account numbers for the first 4 digits are the same and to sum these next to the account number followed by /000 where the account numbers are the same eg 4350/000. I need the formula to return blank in Col J where the first 4 digits are the same followed by /001 onwards


I have the following formula which returns the correct result except where there first 4 characters are the same
