Frequency Formula showing Value error in one of the cell

I have this formula which is counting the number of documents in a series. The result displayed in column H is correct but for one row. Please guide me and help me to correct if the formula needs to be edited.

It appears that the double negatives before the RIGHT functions are causing a VALUE error, because they result a text value in row 5 and not a number value as in the other rows.

Try this get-around:

However, your formula results -1 in row 5, as the SUM formula results zero, which I'm afraid is not the expected result.

I am probably missing something here and hopefully an expert will help us nail it.

It is not my cup of tea to understand this formula. ExceLogan had shared this formula a few days back. It is working perfect in all the other sheets but this one. Hope ExceLogan or some one notices this thread who can really solve this weird issue.. 爛
