Help with IF formula with combination of OR & And

I am trying to make a formula with following logic.

statement . I have attached excel sheet for further explanation.





if cell E3 is equal to "Desk" and cell d2 is equal to "buy" then cell I3 shoul show result of (F3+H2) OR if cell E3= "desk" and cell D2 is equal to "Sell" then Cell I3 should show result as (F2-H2)
