Is it possible to use TREND formula BYROW on a #Spill Range?

I am attempting to use formula like this;

On a spill range but it does not work (#CALC error), and not sure why. Is it possible?

Attachment shows example of data and desired output without referencing the spill range.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Its not a BYROW, but it spills.

Thanks @HansDouwe, is it possible to tweak it so that it only returns the data and omits the header row (9M,6M,3M)?
