    Break Overage Calculation for Part time employee

    I am having a hard time figuring out a formula. I am new and learning excel so I am very much a noob.

    I have a part time person who works 5 hours which is 300 minutes. They are allowed 15 minute break with a 10 minute leniency. So below is the formula I am using:
    I have attached the spreadsheet and highlighted the row I am having problems with.
