Hi,
Factor 16 = 1,2,4,8,16
Factor 20 = 1,2,4,5,10,20
Factor 155 = 1,5,31,155
Has Excel come up with a formula for this?
=FACT( does not work.
Thanks.

=factors(A1)
where A1 is value to be factored.

does this work
=LET(x,SEQUENCE(A1),y,IF(MOD(A1,x)=0,x,""),TEXTJOIN(",",TRUE,y))
found on google

AND

=LET(Num, A2, All, SEQUENCE(Num), Factors, FILTER(All, MOD(Num, All)=0), TRANSPOSE(Factors))
=LET(Num, A2, All, SEQUENCE(Num), Factors, FILTER(All, MOD(Num, All)=0), Factors)

Thank you both. I was looking for a formula solution rather than a VBA solution, so I'm landing on

Very nice! I should have seen that answer - I didn't consider SEQUENCE. But that does what needs to be done, which is to string together every mod-zero result for every number from 1 to your number. Thank you.
you are welcome, but i did not come up with the formula as mentioned it was on other websites , which i have posted to ensure transparency
