#REF! error in my 2nd half of the function (indirect)

I am trying to use this function in my formular.
Unfortunately the 2nd part creats a #REF! error. I tried almost all ways to locate that problem. Now I believe that the "indirect" function may not be able to be combined?
Is anyone able to locate the issue?

Here is the function I m using in a sample book.

    =INDIRECT("$b$"&E2):INDIREKT("$b$"&E3,0)

    Thank you very much
    Thomas

This would appear to be only part of the formula and we can't see the context.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
