Total all numbers or text in a range.

Hello all,

In the range BJ2:CD11, I want to total count all numbers or text.

Results go into cols CE:DC, row 2.

If there is nothing to count, then resulting cell remains blank or no result.

I cannot figure out what you are counting or adding to get the numbers you are showing in CE2:CG2. What exactly are you trying to count?

In that range the 3 x examples I have included in cells CE2, CF2, CG2.
1 is mentioned 14 x times.
2, 16 x times.
3, 27 times.

=COUNTIFS($BJ$2:$CD$11,CE$1)
then copy across

If you copy CE1:DC1 from sheet1 to sheet2 you can try the same formula.
