WTA-How to only capture date within month only

Hi,
Need your expertise to share/guide me on how to range the formula.
Formula i need is, when i keyin months formula will appear all date within that month and exclude additional public holiday.
my current formula read across the range of month.

remark : fomula i place is at column A

Choose month in A1, year in B1.
Calculate date in hidden row A2
Calendar A4:A35

i have also one more request.
what is formula to get date for whole month beside using "workday" ? as "workday" is taking only 5 days. also need list for whole date in that month
