Ranking - No Duplicates

Good evening,

Could somebody have a look at the attached file and formula used please.
I am trying to rank data with no duplicates, but the resulting rankings have certain ranks missing.

In Data I removed the duplicates, changed the formula for =RANK.EQ(A2,$A$2:$A$2025,0) because of M$ recommendation of compatibility.

You have sorted the data into order - I cannot do this with my data, it is not in order unfortunately.

Add a very small number.
