Distinct count with 3 conditions (building and 2 dates)

Hello,

I need help determining the number of distinct people who occupied a house within a 1 year time frame.

The conditions that need to be met includes the following:
1) Building number needs to match the identified building number
2 & 3) Date of occupancy needs to be between the identified date and (identified date minus 1 year)

I almost have a sum product working, but I don't know how to get the distinct value part.

I think this is a really really good start. I think I need to adjust it so that [DATE]<12/31/2021 AND [DATE]>12/31/2020.
