Trying to extract Year and Day out of a table

I am trying to extract tornado days from a large database. By entering the month, it goes and grabs the data and puts it into the table. It is fairly straightforward to grab the months, but I need to grab the days and years too. In some, cases they will be on the day of the month, but different year. In other cases, I might have 2 days in the same month and year. I have attached a spreadsheet with a desired results. It should be easy, but I am going blank on how to do this.
