Is there a formula to join values but start over after blank rows?

Hi, I work with products and consistently have a list of products that are included in a "set". I need to be able to join all items in a set (product numbers and quantities - from different rows) into one cell, but start over for each new set listed (after a blank row). Sample spreadsheet is attached, with values needed in column G. I have also attached an image for preview.

I was hoping there would be a formula and not a macro, as I may need to re-create the formula for Google Sheets.

I appreciate any help you can provide!

    Amend F2 to:
    =IF(C2="","","("&E2&") "&C2)

    and use this:
    =IF(A2<>"",TEXTJOIN(", ",,F2:INDEX(F2:F14,MATCH("",F2:F14,0))),"")

    Thank you Glenn!

I pasted the formulas in, but on row 11 it gives an N/A result. Did I do something wrong?

    Sheet is attached (Example_416_B.xlsx).

Select cell F13 and drag the fill handle down to cell F14.
    At that point cell G11 should display: (2) 4000B, (1) 7000W, (1) 5000B

Are you still using Excel 2019?

If that question is meant for me then yes.
Normally I would assume the question was asked of the OP, however as both Sandi770 and I list 2019 in our profiles I could be mistaken.
