Loan Running Balance Not Considering Interest

Hello,

On the Setup sheet there are Current Balances for Accounts.

The Loans aren't considering interest rates in running balances (Column 'O').

I put the current balance for the CRV Loan from the Bank statement. This reflects 3 payments made since starting balance. Since there is interest on loan it should not reduce by full payment amount but should only reduce by the principle of each payment.

Can the formulas reflect this to get correct results?

I realized that loans may need amortization schedules.
