Conditional Format for calendar with specific variables

Problem 1 - Holidays that fall on Sun/Mon/Tue shift pickup day to Wednesday. There are only 5 months with Holidays that impact pickups, but Red Holidays are working and the Yellow/Blue fill is not. PARTIALLY WORKING, will update
Problem 2 - If there isn't a date, there should be no fill color in those cells (APRIL 2026 for example) - FIXED/SOLVED pending other changes

    For problem 2:

    =AND(O6<>"",K6="A")

Problem 1: please give at least ONE worked example. The CF for yellow and blue is not designed to take holidays into account, so in what way are they 'not working'?

Thanks for the help with Problem 2!! I keep finding other issues, but I will get them cleaned up (or try to) as I fix these other problems. As for Problem 1, I guess the best example I can give you is on the 2026 September month, cell W25 is a Holiday and X25 is highlighted Yellow, but i need it to be Y25 and Blue, and X24 should be highlighted Yellow.
