I am looking at how it is possible to create an excel spread sheet to monitor employee sickness triggers

The triggers are

Three spells of absence over a rolling six month period amounting in total over the period to five working days or more.

A total of 15 intermittent working days or more absence in any 12 month rolling period - intermittent should refer to three or more occasions.

Has anyone got any examples? Currently we have no system in place
