Search Row for Value and Return the Next Cell Value

I have a worksheet with thousands of rows of data, and I need to extract the UPC number from that row into the column labeled UPC, highlighted in yellow, at the end of that row. The UPC number is in the cell next to the cell that says UPC, in some cases there is no UPC number, and the cell will be filled with text for the next item. In that case if there is no number, I would like the value to be blank.
