If statement to calculate 'first of the month following 90 days'

I'd like to write an if statement that basically allows me to use a date of hire and if an employee is benefit eligible, then calculate when they would become eligible.
ie: Employee is hired 6/12/24 and is eligible for benefits on 10/1/24. How do I write that if statement?
