How to make this IF formale work?

Hello,

Having some difficulty with IF formula tried in few different ways that I know (newbie).

The mobilisation forecast has multiple of steps of onboarding new employees. So, the STATUS cell needs to be able to track each of the stages depending on whether there is a date yyyy-mm-dd.

in example: if both contract is signed and start date has a date < TODAY then it will say "Mobilised" because that person has started his/her work.

In example 2: If the person has completed all the prior stages and currently on "Medical Completed" then the status cell/column would need to say "Medical Completed" etc and so on.

I have pasted the formula I tried using and not working (obviously) in D5 of first tab "Forecast" for reference so people can easily identify and diagnose the error.

I had an old spreadsheet that tracked and worked flawless in same fashion even with more stages than this. But somehow it is not working now.

It doesn't get passed Medical Booked. When I have a date on HR System Registered (example) the status cell says Medical Booked. I want the status cell to show HR System Registered - reflecting which stage we are at If I am at (have a date on IT Request Sent) it status cell only needs to show "IT Request Sent".

This is the old spreadsheet that I used. It has different/more tabs but it's able to track the different stages without an issue. Can you please see why the old one is working and new one work? Thank you.

Unfortunately it doesnt work. Is it possible you can see if the formula works on the spreadsheet and share the spreadsheet here?
