Formula help

I am trying to list data based on one cell criteria . I have one cell c36 that displays the customer name and I want to list all the customer order numbers from the customer data sheet . I have tried a Xlookup formula but that will only show the first order number . How do I get each order number to be listed from the customer name into a list .

Any help will be much appreciated

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Thanks, but I still don't know your Excel version - please update your profile as requested above. Windows 10 is your OS and of no relevance. Thanks.

If you have Excel 2021 or 365, remove ALL expected results from column I, then paste this into I9:

=FILTER(C9:C15,B9:B15=H9)

and ENTER. The required results will spill down automatically.

That's the version number, but I still need the product - is it Excel 365? If so, please add that to your profile (that's the important bit). Look at my profile on the left for guidance.
