Copy text from 1 cell to another using a condition in a 3rd cell

Hi Folks

So I have a name in A1 (Max) that I want to copy this name to cell B1 (on another data sheet), only if cell L1 returns a TRUE (changes from FALSE to TRUE by clicking the tick box).

Can anyone help me out please?
