Vlookup looking at a cell with formula

Hello,

I am trying to do a vlookup using a cell that has a formula in it. Can someone please assist? I have a attached a file to show what I am trying to do. formula help.xlsx

Basically, it is finding out if an actual salary is included on a list of salaries and returning a "Yes"/"No". (Does the ACTUAL SALARY exactly MATCH anything on the list?)
