Multiple Columns need to VLOOKUP or PIVOT

I have 2 spreadsheets that I am calling in via a VLOOKUP to get data.
Spreadsheet 1 (ST) has the Revenue in it
Spreadsheet 2 (RRP) has the channels I need to attribute the Revenue to
So I am using the common denominator of the Phone number to VLOOKUP it in and attribute it.
However, some of the data I pull has more than one phone number in the column, so then I have to SPLIT the columns which is making FOUR columns with phone numbers.
HOw do I VLOOKUP / Call in the Phone number to match the revenue with more than 1 column?

SO If phone number matches column c, b, or e... then take the rev column and place that value in my cell.

Attached are my samples - I broke it out with 4 different VLOOKUPS and think its just overly complicated. HELP!
