    Exclamation Sum or substract data based on the data of the secound table

    this is my stock table i have to do all this work by hand it would be lovely if i can get some help with the formula

    So, my stock is loaded, unloaded, Packed or what not
    hence if possible to add or substract data based on conditions of the secound table that whould be wonderful


    and if anyone can show me there way of keeping record of stock, i'd love to know how other people maintain it

    Balance needs to become Amount, then you need to add a Balance column:

    Subtract is misspelt in your workbook - I have gone with the misspelling.

    I don't have any stock or inventory to keep records for - sorry. In any case, it would require a new thread.
