I need to set up a sheet with two columns. One is the destination cell, and the other will be a hyperlink cell referencing a cell in the Destination Column. Here is the thing though. I will occasionally need to resort my destination column. But I want the hyperlink column to be able to reference that particular word location in the modified destination column, and not reference the cell space. I have created a sample spread sheet to reflect that. I have an original configuration, and a modified configuration. In the original, the link list will access the appropriate destination cell. I did a random (Z-A) sort on the destination list. The Alpha Link accesses the Pi destination. But I need the Alpha Link to access the Alpha destination new location.
As I said, the enclosed file is simply an example. In the file that I will be working with, all of the names for the destination will be unique. FYI, while I am not an Excel dummy, I also don't have an extreme amount of experience working with formulas. So, whatever the solution is, please present it step by step, with illustrations. At least, I believe that I have attached the file. I don't see it. So, if I did not do that properly, and if my explanation is not clear, let me know, and I will rectify either or both oversights.
Thanks.
EDIT: After posting, I see the file that I uploaded. Hopefully, others will see it also.
