Using Adjustible String

Not sure that the subject line is a good description of what I'm trying to do. Basically, I have a cell with a formula that reads:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

There are about 36 cells like this. Is there any way I can make it so that the [January.xls] portion of the formula can point to a cell? This way, I can just change the cell to February.xls and then all the cells can update accordingly?
