Adding time in Excel

[MovieSchedules]

What I need are start and end times.

I have a start time cell that shows 12:00pm
I have a project that will take 2 hours and 30 Minutes in another cell

Then what I can't figure out how to do is get a cell that will display what
time this project will get out.

Any Ideas

Start time in A1
Run time in B1
In C1: = A1+B1

and format as time.

What would you want to happen if it runs over midnight? If you just want the
time it will finish, day regardless, the above does that.
