Compare columns to another worksheet and show value

Hi everyone - hoping someone can help - I have tried so many things and now I'm confused.

The first worksheet has 2 colums
Column 1 = Sales Rep (cell a2)
Column 2 = Work w/e Date (starting at cell b2 and goes to b46)

The second worksheet has all the data
Column 1 = SalesReps
Column 3 = Work w/e date
Coumn 5 = Sales Amount

I am trying to look at the 1st worksheet that holds the salesrep data and the work w/e data - then compare that same information to the corresponding columns in the 2nd worsheet - if there is a match - show the column 5 data

I've tried various functions, if,vlookup,and,sumproduct - but I can't seem to get the right combination
