    Conditional Formatting ... Today() & More

    Excel 2000 ... What I have

    Col T ... contains values ... 0 & 1
    Col AA ... contains dates ... mm/dd/yy

    In Col AR I wish Conditional Formatting Formula for when
    condition is:

    Col T = 1
    Col AA = date older than 3 years from Today.

    one way:

    CF1: Formula is =AND(T1=1, DATEDIF(AA1+1,TODAY(),"y")>=3)
