I am using the workday function with a holiday table to work out leave and a return to work date.
In my holiday table I have holidays from 27 Dec 2005 to 3 Jan 2005

My problem is that if I enter a leave start date of 24 Dec 2004 and take one days leave then the return date is 4 Jan 2005 it should be 5 Jan 2005. Well that is OK I just add a day in the formula to make the return date correct. So that is OK.

So with adding 1 in the formula I tried this date with holidays on 21 March 2005, 8-11 April 2005 (Easter) and 13 working days leave and I get a return date of Tues 12 April 2005 when the return date should be 11 April 2005 one day too many….. So I take out the day added in the formula and get the correct return date but then go back to the Christmas new/year scenario and back to the wrong date.

What is going on? For the life of me I cannot figure it out. I have seen reference to the 0th day of the month but am unsure what this is and whether I need to factor that into the formula.
