Unhappy Please help w/ Conditional Formatting

I'm trying to conditionally format a sheet that contains (example: Check Numbers beginning with a # so they are not looked at as a number, An amount, words such as cash or visa, and blank cells.

    Example:

    ............ A............... B................C...................D
    1....... Visa..........$27.50
    2........Cash.........$2.89
    3...........................................#4990..........$120.00
    4......$24.04
    5........................$30.00

If this were the sheet I want to conditionally format all the cells that are Cash, Visa, and #0000 with a deep blue w/ Bold black font and the blank cells and money cells with a light cyan with black font.

    Please Help!

    Hi

go to menu format conditional formatting. Set up 2 conditions,

    1 - cell value is between $0 and $9999999
2 - cell value is NOT between $0 and $99999999

use the fomat option to set the colours you require.
