Insert lines with a macro

I want to write a macro to automatically insert a new line containing data, into a worksheet. The data will be entered from an input box by clicking a button to activate the macro.
For example i will have a list of peoples names from a comapny and when i new member comes in i want by the click of a button, it to automtically create a new line and new sheets for me to write their information out on. Also as all the other members names areh yperlinks to their personal data sheet i also want after typing the new members name in for it to become a hyperlink.
please help me out someone!!!!!
