    want to auto-fill info using an Excel invoice

    I have an invoice I use for my business. I want to be able to type in the sku # and then have the description and price fill in automatically.

    The invoice already calculates the total retail price based on the number ordered, tax, S&H and discount level. It then gives you total due for items bought.

    Getting the invoice this far was a miracle for me, but I get tired of retyping all the info now that sales are picking up.

    I have attached a copy of my invoice file.

    Any help would be great.

    I added an attachment to my previous post, the formula should give you an idea of what to do.

    ok not sure what I'm doing wrong. I copied & pasted your formula to my test document and added a price guide to sheet 2. sheet 2 only has sku, description and price. I should be clicking "b17" box and adding your formula in the formula bar and hitting enter?
