I have two worksheets.

(1) projnumber costcode utilization(true/false) biliability(true/false)
(2) Actual data from the db per user.

I need several items to happen.
#1. I need a lookup(??) that will compare the projnumber and the costcode from sheet 1 to the same in sheet 2. Once they find a match to both columns then give me the true/false values for the utilization and the biliablity columns.
#2. Once done i need a total hours per user and the % of utilization hours and the % of the bilability hours compared to the total hours.

I'm new at this and just need help pointing me in the right direction. I can send you examples of the two worksheets if needed.
