x axis labels/scale move to middle of chart w/neg & pos line cht

    the x axis is normally at the Point where Y=0.
    to make it go to the bottom select the axis and in patterns select low for
    tick mark labels.

    I have a simple line chart with neg and pos #s from +600,00 to -600,000. The
    scale for the x axis is in the middle of the chart, is this normal? Why
    doesn't it saty at the bottom of the chart?
