I'm having trouble with my windows, they won't expand full

Please include the question in the text body.

Please explain "expand full", what you expect and what you get, your description
seems incomplete to me.
1) button in upper right corner of Excel window
2) button in upper right corner of worksheet
3) F11 toggle for Full Screen Mode
4) do you mean all windows not just Excel, which could have to do
with your resolution and monitor settings (program & external controls)

If you are referring to Full Screen Mode in Excel be aware that it has it's own
set of view options.
