    How can I subtract military time

    For example I logged in as 18:00pm and logged out as 02:00am what will be the best way to get the total hours?

    I am not sure how you got 18:00pm ?
    Either it should be 18:00 or 06:00 PM...check and confirm.
    Also do you have dates as well in your data along with time ?

    If you are sure none of your total hours will exceed 24 hours, and you have the times properly entered into Excel, then you could use the following:

    A2 = log in time
    B2 = log out time
