HOW DO YOU SORT EXCEL FILE WITH BLANKS

I have a excel file from a user that needs to have only two of the
columns fit the sorting criteria. The problem is how do you sort this file
when blanks are in the file and need to be there afte rthe sort completes.
Icant have the sort take the blanks out.

Unclear what you mean. How about providing a small sample of data in
original order and sorted order including blanks. My guess is you'd
need to use a formula that merges your two sort keys AND the required
blanks, but impossible to be more precise without details from you.
